Pricing
Priced by claim volume, not by seat.
Insurance operations pay for throughput, not headcount. Tell us your monthly claim volume and we'll confirm the right starting point — most operations land on Operations tier within the first quarter.

Common questions
One submitted claim packet, regardless of how many documents are attached. A single claim with five attachments counts as one claim check. Multiple re-submissions of the same claim ID count as separate check runs.
Yes. Volume-based billing adjusts to actual usage. If you upgrade mid-month, the new rate applies from the upgrade date. If your volume exceeds your current plan's cap, we'll contact you to discuss upgrading — we won't block check runs mid-month.
Yes. We run a 30-day pilot for Operations and Enterprise tiers. The pilot includes integration support to get your API or email drop path live, and a debrief on check accuracy against your actual claim types at the end of the period.
On Operations tier, you can enable or disable specific check categories and configure required document types per claim category. Enterprise tier includes building custom check logic for specialized claim types that aren't in the standard library. Configuration is done via your dashboard or through our integration team.
